Hi there guys,<div>                     You all know me, so no need for
introductions. I&#39;m contacting you about Weird Week, this year&#39;s
evolution of Zombie Week. While Zombie Week was epic last year, I feel
it needs to expand and evolve to stay fresh. Also, we&#39;ll be having
promotion from the Union this year, so we&#39;ll be able to improve upon
last year&#39;s success. This will be happening in Week 5 of Semester 1,
the week of Hallowe&#39;en, and I&#39;d like it of each of you participated in some way.<br><br></div>
<div>Essentially
we&#39;d like to have you do an event that week that reflects the scarier
side of life. Zombies, ghosts, horror, all that jazz. Anything that
comes to mind along those lines, fantastic. I&#39;m asking each of you because I think you can bring something good and
productive to the events. You can all do something relevant. You are
under no obligation to join in, but if you choose not to I would
appreciate if you told me.</div>

arranging a meeting sometime in this week to organise scheduling and events, and to
