Can we have some volunteers for town Tuesday next week for carrying presents etc. back towards campus? We will be meeting at the Hub at 4pm. I'm a weak little girly so can't carry 100 presents back by myself so all help is greatly appreciated!

Now there are 6 Socs involved in this at least. Lotta is going to town on Tuesday to pick up presents. We need 3 people to go also to help her carry all that stuff out from town. Thats not alot of people so if you can't do it, please get someone from your committee who can. I am working on Tuesday so I will be available for set up and can't go to town unfortunately. I will also need 3/4 people involved in setting up also.

What is the story with the venue????

I'm on cookie duty.
Mince pies - They have some in various places, 12 for 3e. has anyone seen any cheaper? I don't think we need that many.
Mulled Wine - Do you really wanna give out free alcohol? I can't remember if we did this last year >.<
Cookies will be made wednesday afternoon providing diarmaid still allows the use of his kitchen, I can send reciepes if people want to bake some themselves..
Venue is tbc by Damien.. I've text him already..
I'll be there to help setup..
One more thing. After the present shopping in town, some people are gonna need to wrap said presents :P
I also think I can attend town, but will depend on how much study I get done tomorrow.

Mulled wine is sorted. We have the Scandinavian version of it. It's way nicer than the shite you get over here (no offence to all you Irish people and your inferior tastebuds :P )
If anyone else wants to come along too we will definitely not be saying no. Last year we were shopping for far less and had 5 people with us yet we still slightly struggled with the stuff.
