Alright Nadescio was the outright winner of the poll. Bleach, Tsubasa and
GITS: Innocence all tied, so I'm going to go with GITS sinewe really should
be watching proper DVDs.
Nadescio:
Plot Summary: Akito doesn't want to fight. Despite a childhood spent on the
anime Gekiganger 3, a Mecha show, he'd rather cook than pilot a Mecha. Fate
intervenes when his home on Mars is destroyed, and he is transported instantly
to the Earth, mysteriously. He has questions no one can answer fully, but
follows a girl from a chance meeting in hopes to discover any. The girl,
Yurika, is captain of the private battleship Nadesico, and in order to follow
her, he enlists as their cook. Possessing the nanite implants that allow
to control mechas, he's a handy backup pilot for the mechas of the Nadesico.
He joins a crew bent on revenging Mars and composed of misfits, otakus, and
ditzes. But in reality they are handpicked experts. They take their own private
war back to Mars to face the harsh reality that life may not always be like
a Giant Mecha Series.
Ghost in the Shell: Innocence:
Plot Summary: The heavily cyborged police officer Batou, newly partnered
with the mostly-human Togusa after the diappearance of Major Motoko Kusanagi,
is assigned to investigate a series of murders committed by prototype "sexaroids"
- female androids created for sex.
Won't see you all on Thursday, but can you start posting lists of legal DVDs

Right we'll be watching Cowboy Bebop and Tsubaba Chronicles on Thursday night.
Cowboy Bebop Eps. 4-6: Plot Summary: Spike Spiegel, a bounty Hunter with
a dark past, lives on bounty to bounty, barely making it each time, or not
making it at all. His partners Jet Black, Faye Valentine, Ed and Ein the
dog all help him in his adventures from planet to planet.
Tsubasa Chronicles Eps 7-10:
Plot Summary: Syaoran, a boy who wants to become an archeologist, and Sakura,
a princess from the Clow Kingdom, are childhood friends with a close relationship.
On a fateful night, Sakura lost all her memories as a result of a conspiracy
to obtain her powers. In order to regain her memory, Syaoran seeks help from
the witch, Yuuko. Yuuko tells Syaoran that he has to travel from one alternate
reality to another to collect fragments of Sakura's memory. However, even
if Sakura regains her memory, she will have no recollection of Syaoran. Travelling
together with them is Kurogane, a warrior who was exiled from his country,
and Fye, a magician who wants to escape from his King. With the help of a
magical creature, Mokona, they set off on an exciting journey through time
and space.

OK we'll be showing Tsubasa Chronicles Eps 7-10, for definate, time allowing

Ok guys, due to demand. yes demand! We are going ahead with AMS tonight at
the same bat-time, same bat-place(.... you know the seminar room) alas without
the guidance of Ed, Twiggy, or John to show us the way. But we shall manage

Witch Hunter Robin
Witches are individuals with special powers like ESP, telekinesis, mind control,
etc. (not the typical hogwart and newt potions). Robin, a craft user, arrives
from Italy to Japan to work for an organization named STN Japan Division
(STN-J) as a replacement for one of STN-J's witch hunters who was recently
killed. Unlike other divisions of STN, STN-J tries to capture the witches
alive in order to learn why and how they became witches in the first place.
and a mystery anime (either Trigun, Full Metal Panic or if there's anything
else)

with The Clubs and Socs dinner, our AGM was meant to take place on this day
