Hey folks,
For anyone who doesnt have or needs a break from exams there will be 3 unofficial
showings during xmas break - Jan, Thurs 15, 22 and 29th.
Since its unofficial there wont be any voting polls, just bring what ever
you want to watch, ill have my laptop with me.
Showings will held in the usual place, upstairs in the hub @ 6pm

I think we will watch Tokyo Godfathers for sure as its the only one that has a Christmas theme going through it. Then we will most probably watch Toradora!, if Cade is willing to provide that (don't worry if you can't make it) in any other event we will just watch Azumanga Daioh then.
The showing are in the HUB in the seminar room and start at 7pm thereabouts. You can arrive earlier from 6 if you like to hang around and chat.

Hey Folks,
Just reminding people that we are meeting at 6pm not 6:30pm at the Spire
and just in case some of you who didn't hear me earlier, we will be seeing
the Nightmare Before Christmas at 6.40 then go to Yammamori. I am really
sorry about the karaoke, I will try to organise a session over Christmas
or in the second semester sometime.
Hopefully many of you can come tomorrow! It will be a fun event.

If we don't have the DVD of Darker Than Black we can't show it so Noir will have to be shown instead. As always showings are in the seminar which is located on the 1st floor in the Hub. Hey Folks,
If you are interested in coming along to the AMS Xmas event (details http://www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~ams/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=171)
this Friday could you please meet up with me in the Hub TOMORROW (TUESDAY)
at 5pm, where the ATM is and give the E2.50 for the karaoke. We are worried
that being so close to Christmas and being a Friday night, it might be tight
booking the karaoke. We would like to book it as early as possible!
About seeing The Nightmare Before Christmas according to the Cineworld website,
the film is only showing from Monday-Thursday. Before I organised this it
was for sure showing on Friday 7.20. We will just head and hope for the best!

Hey folks,
For some of you that may not know, Eirtakon is Ireland's biggest anime convention
that AMS holds every year in the Hub over the course of three days.
The position of the con director is very important and involves alot of work
and experience in management. Anybody within AMS is free to run for the position
next Thursday.
Voting will be done by the current AMS committee and just past Eirtakon committee.
Members within either of these groups running for the position will not have
a vote.
