Hey Folks,
Sorry this is late arriving but i rarely have had internet infront of me
these days.
Winner of the mascot is Ceili's doggie ^_^
Christine McCann's piece won most artistic...she can claim her prize by emailing
me at alienorgan(a)gmail.com.
Feel free to keep entering mascots into the mascot competition entries thread,
they may be used in the future.
Also from talking to Ceili we may be changing the dog as well (to maybe a
cat of some sort) as the font for use on the hoodies. Any alternations on
Ceili's design are welcome too ^_^

Hey all,
We had a poll this week and Shikabane Hime: Aka and Salary Man Kintaro won.
Though as mentioned on the forums, if people aren't interested in those shows we can always move onto another anime, so be sure to bring in your own anime.
AMS begins at 6, in the Hub, in the Seminar Room which is located
on the first floor, there should be a poster on the door to indicate
that you have arrived at the right room. Showings won't actually start
till about 7:00

Hey all!
As you all know the anime festival is taking place in the IFI from 28th to
the 29th of March. As I said in the previous email we could go as an AMS
group to the Helen McCarthy talk at 3pm on the Saturday and is at 3:45pm
on the Sunday. On the Saturday we could meet at Central Bank around 2:30pm
and at 3:20pm on the Sunday. Details http://www.irishfilm.ie/cinema/sdispfilm_07.asp?SID=167&filmID=6331.
I won't be going as I will be away in London that weekend maybe Mark (Chair)
or another committee member would meet you at Central Bank.
If you are interested in going to the talks as an AMS group could you please
email me back or text me on 0860746611 your name so I can let whoever is
meeting you all at the bank know and so we know the numbers.
Moving on to the Cosplay Classes, we have a person who name is Sinead Lynch
(some of you might know her from Eirtakon) who would like to teach the class.
She is only available to take part on a Friday evening, we know this is not
convienent so if you are interested in particpating again could you please
email me your name or text me. If the interest is low there is no point in
having the classes. For some of you who don't know anything about the Cosplay
classes, Sinead taught people how to sew and make Kimonos in them last year!
There was also anime playing and AMVs playing in the background. There were
great fun last year.
Sorry for the long email,
Toddles,
