Hi all,
We wish to have the trip booked for Wednesday so need to receive payment
from everyone. We have decided on a final price of 115 euro.
This should cover any price increase any excess cash will be used to
partially pay for underground travel. The full amount should be paid in
cash. Please give your money to either myself,Chris,Kenny,Nicole,Shane or
Peter as these are the people who will be able to deliver it to me before
Wednesday.
Trip Information:
Outbound flight Departing at 3:25pm on Friday to Stansted May 24th
Return flight Departing at 9:55 am on Monday to Dublin May 27th
The hostel is http://www.meininger-hotels.com/en/hotels/london/ in Baden
powell house ( the same place as last year) We will be sharing a 12 room
mixed dorm.
The hostel rents towels so you do not need to pack one.
The flight has no luggage booked so it will be one item of carry on, they
are very strict about this.

It appears that our mailing list has been down since last Thursday.
Unfortunately all emails sent in the intervening time were lost.

Hey everyone,
As the exam timetables are up we are now opening signups for the trip to
the MCM expo in London.
There are 20 subsidised places available to student members of the society.
The price as it stands now is going to be around 90 euro for subsidised for
the weekend.
For non-subsidised people the price is around 215 euro for the weekend.
We will be departing early on Friday May 24th
We will be returning home on Monday May 27th

as possible registering your interest as places are limited.
You must have a valid and in date passport.
You must be a current student and a member of the society to avail of the
lower price.

Showings will commence directly after the AGM has concluded this week is
preselected so there will be no poll.
