1. our finances and allocations (if we have them)
2. The Room, if and where we could change to. Nate wants this sorted quickly
3. hoodys. i should have something by next week to show or quote. logo in the works, should have by tuesday
4. Eirtakon matters
5. deciding how we'll elect the next con director/committee for next year, just so we know exactly what we'll do this time around and theres no gray areas and no messing about
