Hey all,<br>Hope you had a good summer.<br>As a preliminary for Eirtakon and as the first event in the Anime and Manga Society Calender, We are teaming up with the Japanese embassy for a lecture from one of the foremost academic experts on Anime and Manga. (his name is to follow, mostly because I haven&#39;t seen it in anything more than squiggles and pronounced rather rapidly by the second secretary of culture.)
<br>The lecture will take place on the 2nd of october from 7-9&nbsp;in&nbsp;DCU and the subject will be the based around the development of anime and manga as a aspect of pop culture. <br>I will send more details around as they are available but for now I would like anyone interested to mail me back and let me know if they would be able to make it.
