Hello our beloved members,
Hope the exams have gone well for you, and if not - the best of luck
with the repeats.
Just a few things to mention after the bit of the break between now and
since the exams finished.

-STOCS-
As per our AGM, we voted in favour of a merger with STOCS which now goes
under the general title of Traditional Gaming - this merger adds two new
positions to our committee:
Trips officer - Dennis McCartney and Traditional Gaming Officer - Sean
Hand.
Traditional gaming will also run weekly events, so we hope that you'll
all come along and broaden your gaming repertoire.
-Lab Gaming-
Thats right, lab gaming is back this Thursday at the usual time of 6pm
in C204. So come along and blow off some steam after the long year of
study.
-BYOPC LAN-
On a similar note, GamesSoc intend to hold our next BYOPC LAN sometime
in August, the exact date is to be decided nearer the time - so keep
your diaries free.
-Blinky-
Blinky has been restored to its former glory with CS:S, QW:ET and
Trackmania all up and running. We also intend to start running regular
weekly tournaments on blinky, as we realise not all our members are
located in Dublin. We should have these organised properly within the
next few weeks.
