Hey everyone!
It's week eight already, which means that semester two is stepping
into hardcore mode for most of us! Don't worry though, you can still
set your spawn to GamesSoc in order to recharge your health and mana,
Here's what is going on this week:
- Trad Gaming
- Console Gaming: Mortal Kombat Tournament!
- PC Gaming
- - Trad Gaming - -
Trad gaming in on as always twice this week, on Monday and Wednesday,
both from 6pm to 10pm in XG01. During Monday's session our first year
representative, Milena, will be running a small Dominion tournament.
Not your style? Come along anyway to play some Bang!, catch some
Werewolves, or even TransAmerica.
- - Console Gaming - -
Console gaming is running from 2pm to 6pm in XG14 this week! We had
some technical difficulties last week, which meant our Mortal Kombat
tournament couldn't go ahead. That's ok though, because we're holding
it this week instead! Signups cost two euro a head, an the tournament
should start around 3pm. So, what should we do besides standing around
looking pretty?
- - PC Gaming - -
PC Gaming, everyone's favourite weekly event, will be on in C204 from
6pm to 10pm on both Tuesday and Thursday this week. Come shoot zombies
and build with virtual Lego for a few hours. Our new PC events
officer, Rob, will also be arranging a Minecraft trophy for Tuesday
night, and a Hearthstone trophy for Thursday night!
That's all for this week!

great job. The full list of newly elected members can be seen below.
Also, due to third year projects and the amount of stress they cause,

Gaming is back in full swing with some new games added to our already
extensive catalogue. So, come along to play new games and have fun and
stuff.
--PC Gaming Tournament--
Due to our current PC Officer's third year project being due on
Friday, we had to postpone our Unreal Tournament 2004 Tournament until
this Thursday. The details remain the same, it'll start at 7pm and
entry is EURO 2. PC Gaming will also be on on Tuesday, and you can play
whatever you want then.
--Console Gaming Tournament--

Wednesday, signups again cost EURO 2 and it'll start at about 3pm.

us by the end of Monday.
--Trad Gaming--
Trad Gaming won't be on this Monday due to college being closed as it
is St Patrick's Day, but it'll be back after our AGM on Wednesday in
XG01, so you can vote for people and you won't even have to move to
play some games after!
--PC Gaming--
This Thursday we'll be having an Unreal Tournament 2004 Tournament in
PC Gaming. As is normal, it'll start at 7pm and signups will be taken
on the day, and it'll cost EURO 2 to enter. If you, like me, don't play
twitchy shooters, you can come along anyway and play whatever you want
on either Tuesday or Thursday in C204.
--Console Gaming--
Pre-AGM Console Gaming will take place in XG14 as normal this week. So
come along and play whatever it is you play at Console Gaming.
Have fun,
