Week 3: EGM, Clockwork Door and more!

Hey all! Welcome newcomers to the mailing list! Thanks for signing up last week, it was great to meet some of you and I hope to be seeing you at some of our events this week.

The Clockwork Door

As you may know, this Thursday we've organised a trip for 30 people to go to The Clockwork Door in the city centre, and we've extended it to 6-9pm! I'll be in contact with those of you who have signed up to confirm your places. If anybody's interested but didn't sign up, send me an email and if anyone drops out, you'll be offered a place - on a first come, first serve basis.

EGM

This week we're holding our EGM in XG01 from 6pm. We'll be electing a new PRO (Public Relations Officer) and our First Year Rep. We'll also be voting to change our constitution to include a second console officer, who we'll elect if the vote passes. There'll be free pizza, the chance to meet the committee and maybe run for a position yourself!

Trad Gaming

Trad will take place from 6-10pm on Monday in XG01 and following the EGM on Wednesday. We promise our usual fun and shenanigans, and a great chance to meet some people and make some friends.

Console Gaming

Console Gaming will take place in XG01 from 2-5pm this week. We'll have our brand new SNES mini there to try out, as well as the regular consoles and games.
