Week 6: Halloween is Here!

Hope that everyone enjoyed a rest during their long weekend after the intensity of Humans vs Zombies! HvZ might be over for this year, but the Spooky Season definitely isn’t! This Thursday, to celebrate Halloween, we’ll be hosting a special Wildcard Halloween Night in C103 from 6pm to 10pm! We’ll be playing the DVD Boardgame Atmosfear from 6pm to 8pm, then teaming up with the Anime and Manga Society to screen Blood: The Last Vampire from 8pm onwards! We’ll also be providing both sweets and pizza!  | Pokemon League! |
Your Pokemon Journey is about begin, as Gamesoc’s Pokemon League launches this week! Entrants will compete against Gamesoc’s 8 Gym Leaders with the aim of becoming the Pokemon League Champion! All battles will take place through Pokemon Showdown, which can be found here! If you’re interested, please fill out the form in this link! | Console Gaming |
Consoles will be taking place in the Pairc Room this Wednesday from 2-6pm! Our entire selection of console games will be available, so you’ll be sure to find something to enjoy! As a heads-up, if you're looking to take a game out of the gamesoc boxes to play, please ask a committee member to take it out for you!  | Tabletop Gaming |
Tabletop Gaming this week will be in the Cuilin Room this Wednesday, from 5pm to 10pm! We’ll have a wide selection of games available, including a certain popular bean-farming game that’s been making the rounds!  | PC Gaming |
PC Gaming will be taking place this week in the E-Hub from 6-10pm! Remember to bring your own laptops, headsets, mice etc. as well! While we have a lot of Pcs we unfortunately can't provide for everyone! We'll also be hosting a Gamesoc Discord night on Saturday from 8pm onwards!
