Week 2: EGM, Rocket League & Q-Con

Hello all,

I hope you're all enjoying the return to college and study, or something like that. Take some time out to come to some of our events this week!

EGM

On Wednesday, we'll be holding an EGM to elect the following positions: Public Relations Officer, PC Officer and Trips and Events Officer. Come along to vote for the people you want to see elected, and maybe run for one yourself. This will take place in XG01 at 5pm, and there'll be free pizza followed by trad gaming as usual. 

Console Gaming

Join us for some Console Gaming on Wednesday 2-5pm in XG01. This week we'll be hosting a 1v1 Rocket League tournament. There's a €2 entry fee, and the winner will receive a €20 GameStop voucher. Sign-ups from 2pm, with the tournament beginning around 2:30pm. If you don't like soccer, cars, or games with both of those things, our usual range of consoles and games will still be there.

Trad Gaming

Trad Gaming will take place as usual 6-10pm on Monday, and Wednesday evening following the EGM in room XG01.

Q-Con

We have already filled all the spaces for the annual trip to Q-Con during summer, but remember that if you haven't given the €20 deposit to a committee member by this Wednesday (7th) your place will be given to another person.
