Just a reminder about Q-Con. If you don't email me by 5pm this friday the 24th, you *will not* be part of the accommodation or entry ticket booking made by Games Soc. This is because the last date for redeeming items from our Grant App is the end of this semester. As the trip is during the summer, I *cannot* guarantee that you will be refunded if you later choose to book your own accommodation and pay for your own entry, however if you do keep your reciepts, it may be partially refunded at the discretion of next year's committee.
Accommodation is only funded to €14/pp/night, so everyone on the booking will have to pay a small amount. Travel is partially funded, but shouldn't be too expensive. Entry is fully covered.
