Just thought this would interest you all, I found this link thorugh the
Production Depot out in Bray. They have set up a website that allows crew
to sign up to a kind of databaseof Irish crew. It lets you put your name
out there so that anyone making a production can access a crew easily, so
if you are looking for more practical work on productions i think you should

As you all probably know at this stage, Hybird (DCU's Student Media Awards)
are taking place this Thurs night!!
The Award Ceremony begins at 9.00pm in the venue. All our welcome, so please
come and sport your friends, if your not nominated yourself. Should be an
entertaining show, with Aonghus Mc Anally back as presenter and Professionals
from the media industry presenting the awards.Neat Dress!!!
There's an after- show party in the Old Bar with band Funk Yo Mama and a
DJ. It's one of the last BAR EXTENSIONS of the year so make the most of
it!
All drinks are only THREE EURO for the night and it's FREE in!!
It's MPS's last major event of the year so please do come along and celebrate
with us, its been one hell of a year!!!

Hi!!
I am really sorry about this but could everyone who entered the photography
categories please email their entries again to hybridentries(a)campus.ie
Some how they have all disappeared. Wasn't me I swear!! I know it was really
awkward sending them last time but I ve emptied out the mail box so they
shouldn't bounce back. If you could get them to me by this evening that
would be great. if its easier for you to enter them in print form or on
disk, you can do that too. Just leave them into the Loans office on the
first floor of the Henry gratten Building.
Any one else who missed the deadline, heres your chance to enter something.!!!
We've had relatively few entries in the photography categories. Dermot O
Shea. award winning photographer and Former Picture Editor of the Irish
Times will be judging the entries.
