I'ld also like to point out that less than 24 hours notice was given for the AGM. This is less than ideal for people who have already made arrangements for this week.
I'm pretty sure the constitution says at least 3 days must be given... Maybe some one could confirm this for me...
Either way I believe the turnout will be very low as a result of lack of notice and project deadlines.

Eh, no offence lads but the night before the broadcasting deadline isnt the smartest time to hold a meeting that lasted a good hour last year...

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that the MPS AGM is on tomorrow evening (Wednesday) at 6.45 pm. We'll be meeting at the MPS noticeboard in Henry Grattan. The meeting is basically a summary of the past year and we'll also be electing next year's committee, so please come along and make sure the best person for the job gets in! Just briefly, huge thanks to everyone who got involved this year, DCUfm was (definitely!) the best ever, DCUtv is fantastic and Hybrid was a great success. Not to mention the trip to Cork!
Thanks a million everyone, I hope the next committee enjoys it as much
as
we all have!
