That's a very good question... the IFI shows uncertified stuff, but presumably they have some kind of license(?) We could just slap an 18+ on anything that's unlicensed - I wouldn't particularly want to, but it's an easy way out ofthe problem.

Is there a legal requirement (as with the UK) to only show officially certified stuff, or can you self-certify other unclassified material (such as fansubs)?
One way to get around having lots of different badge types is to have an extra identifier on each badge - e.g. hole punched to denote type, coloured sticker, etc.
(this isn't a big deal if you're going to use plastic badge holders with paper inserts, but if wanted proper ID card jobs might come in handier)
