Hello again!
I hope you had a good time at UKIEPC! This is an urgent email regarding teams interested in competing at the NWERC (If you're unsure what this is, see here: http://www.nwerc.eu/). *The deadline for promotion is Tomorrow 1st November.*
Each University is allowed to send 2 teams. Teams must not have a competing student as coach, however you may enter Gary Conway (DCU School of Computing, UKIEPC organizer) as your coach. If more than 1 team from a university would like to enter, your UKIEPC ranking will be taken into account and the higher team(s) will be promoted.
This year, it is being held on 23-25 November at the Eindhoven University of Technology. You will be required to fund or acquire funding for the trip yourself. The NWERC people did mention the option of staying on campus (sleeping bag & air mat). Please email mart@nwerc.eu for more information about that.
