Hi all,

So far, we have 52 teams ACCEPTed or PENDING - which we expect to grow. We are currently 16 sites, with a 17th pending. There are still a number of sites that do not have any teams registered. Other sites have teams from more than one university.

TODOs right now are

1) advertise to the student groups that you hope will attend - letting them know that the 17th October is the registration deadline (!)

2) make sure you have booked anything you need (based on previous email)

3) ACCEPT teams that you are happy with.

More from me next week about setting up communication channels etc for the event.
