Thanks for speaking to myself and James yesterday. I have set up a mailing list for the Redbrick committee at "ukiepc@redbrick.dcu.ie" which includes myself, James and 2 other members (Tom and Cliodhna). We considered that some of our committee might be competing in the event, so I took the time to make a list that would be safe to send all competition communications to.

I had a couple of other questions after going through the tasks list you provided:

- Do we need to test the lab computers before the event - that guest login works + IDEs are accessible?

- Where/when will we receive a link people can use to sign up to the hub?

- On the day, there is a task to "Send out scoreboard link to CA Staff". I wasn't sure who CA Staff refers to, would you be able to clarify this?

- Do we need to provide some sort of video stream of the hub to the UKIEPC organisers? (2nd last "On the day" task)

If I can help with preparations any more please let me know. We want to take as much of this workload off yourself as possible in hope that we can run almost independently next year.
