Hi all,
The DCPL Spring 2012 Season has been scheduled and the timetable is
accessible on the www.dublincanoepole.ie website. There is also a team duty
schedule for each night so please ensure that your team is aware of when it
is required to perform duty and attend. There is a limited number of empty
match slots available on Friday 25th May should teams organize swaps with
their opponents, however this must be done by the Thursday before matches
are scheduled to be played or matches may be considered scratched, and also
confirmed to the committee by mail.
Please also ensure that entry fees have been fully paid prior to your first
matches and note that this season the DCPL entry fee has been reduced to
€200. Any teams that have paid €250 please confirm this by mail to the
committee and a refund will be organized in due course.
There was great success this season with scorers being recorded for the
first time ever and we will continue this again for the new season.
However, players must be registered on the dcpl website with their correct
buoyancy aide number, to be worn all season and also ensure their ICU
number is entered and up to date. Players with no ICU number registered my
be refused to play on the night, if they cannot present a valid ICU card.
