DCPL Spring 2014 Season
The DCPL Spring 2014 season will commence on Friday 7th February at 7.15pm.
League nights will start at 7.15pm and finish at 11.15pm. We do not know
how long the season will run yet we as we will be reviewing the format of
the league once all teams have entered. This will not be verified until all
entries are in and format has been decided.
Teams must be entered on the website no later than the closing date for
entries of Friday 13th December 2013 to allow time for scheduling match
nights. We would urge teams to enter ASAP as entries are on a first come
first serve basis. We have tried to accommodate all teams in the current
season but this may not be sustainable and teams may be refused so get your
entries in ASAP.Any teams that have not fully paid for their Autumn 2013
season entry by Friday 13th December 2013 will not be accepted into the
DCPL Spring 2014 Season.
The current league format and structure is under review for the Spring 2014
season and we are setting up a sub-committee to review the league format
and recommend a structure for the Spring season that can be used going
forward. As such we are inviting DCPL players to put their name forward.
The objective of the sub-committee will be to review all league format
options and to recommend to the committee a league structure for the Spring
session. If you would like to put your name forward as a sub-committee
member please send an e-mail to canoedcpl(a)gmail.com by Friday 13th December.
The team entry fee is €250 and the entry fee must be fully paid by the 31st
December 2013. Teams not paid by this date will not be accepted into the
league. The League timetable will be posted by the 24th January 2014.

You can lodge cheques to this account also but please ensure your team name
is used as reference.

Each player must have an up to date valid Canoeing Ireland number
registered on the website by the 24th January. This will be verified and if
players are found to not be registered with the Canoeing Ireland, they will
not be allowed play AND may forfeit their game for the team too.
