A special issue of the Journal of Systemic, Cybernetics, and informatics will be published on Technological, Methodological and Educational Innovations. Final versions of the papers presented any of the collocated conferences will are candidates to be selected for this special issue, which will be published in volume 14 (year 2016) with no additional cost for the respective authors. These topics, which will be selected by the Organizing Committee, are very important topics, but are not necessarily among the usual grants priorities. The IIIS will finance this kind of papers which are important for many authors but are not among the priorities of policy makers in organizations which might financially be supporting participations in conferences.
