Dear Dawid Nowak, Please consider to contribute by submitting an article for the special session(s) on specific cases or general experience-based reflections on the importance of relating (or integrating) academic activities among themselves or with practice, consulting, industry or society at large (IREPS/RC 2016, http://www.2016iiisconferences.org/cfp-iaa2016.asp) This event will include at least one plenary keynote address, conversational session(s), presentation session(s) of the articles submitted and accepted as a consequence of this specific Call for Articles, as well as papers accepted for their presentation at the following Special Tracks: * Integrating Academic Activities: Research, Education and Real Life Problem Solving: IREPS 2016 * Research and Consulting, Research via consulting and consulting via research: R&C 2016 More details can be found at the Call for Articles posted at the URL given above. The submission deadline for this specific call for articles is * May 6th, 2016 *. This deadline DOES NOT apply to other collocated conferences. To submit your article, please send an abstract (200-400 words) or an extended abstract (400-1000 words) attached to an email addressed to: ireps(a)iiis.org Please do not submit your article via conference web site because it is a specific event with specific co-organizers Submissions may also be sent regarding a case study or report on any of the above referred tracks or on any of their respective topics, also listed at the Call for Articles posted at the above given URL. Publications 1. All accepted and presented articles will be included in IMSCI 2016 proceedings. IMSCI proceedings have been indexed by Elsevier-Scopus since 2005. 2. A special issue of the Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics, and Informatics (JSCI, http://www.2016iiisconferences.org/jsci) will be published on Integrating Academic Activities: Research, Education and Real Life Problem Solving and/or on Research and Consulting if an adequate number of articles are submitted, accepted and, consequently, presented at the conference. Otherwise, best papers will be published in regular issues. Dear Dawid Nowak, Please consider to contribute by submitting an article to the Special Track on Case Studies and Methodologies: stCSM 2016 (http://www.2016iiisconferences.org/stcsm-s) which might be a case study article related to any of the topics of the 20th World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics: WMSCI 2016 (http://www.2016iiisconferences.org/wmsci) to be held on July 5 - 8, 2016, in Orlando, Florida, USA. The submission deadline for this specific call for paper is * April 26th, 2016 *. To submit your article, please click the "Authors" tab on the conference website. You can choose any of the three submissions options (abstract, extended abstract or draft paper). Submissions for face-to-face and virtual presentations are both accepted. Publications: Final versions of all the accepted and presented papers (face-to-face or virtual) will be published in the respective conference proceedings, which have been indexed by Elsevier's SCOPUS since 2005. The 2016 proceedings will also be sent to Elsevier's SCOPUS. The best 25%-30% of the papers presented at the conference will also be published in the Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics, and Informatics: JSCI, which is indexed by EBSCO, Cabell, DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), and listed in Cabell Directory of Publishing Opportunities and in Ulrich's Periodical Directory. Special Issue of the Journal: We are planning to publish a special issue of JSCI titled "Cases Studies and Methodologies," if an adequate number of papers are presented on this topic. If not, the best 25%-30% papers will always be published in a regular issue, beside the respective proceedings, where all presented papers will be published.
