Dear Dawid Nowak, We invite you to contribute to a Special Issue of the JSCI and/or to the Special Session(s) of IMSCI 2014 (to be held in Orlando, Florida, USA, on July 15-18, 2014) in any of the following related areas: Case Studies and Methodologies Interdisciplinary Research, Education, and Communication International Symposium on Integrating Research, Education, and Problem Solving Action Research and Action Learning Knowledge Generation, Communication and Management ************************ Extended abstracts submission deadline: *MAY 20, 2014*. The other deadlines for both the conference and the journal's special issue are included in a more detailed call for paper posted at www.iiisconferences2014.org/Knowledge-Integration. This link provides a PDF documents with more details regarding 1) the cybernetics relationships among the above mentioned four areas, 2) the topics suggested for each one, 3) the procedure for submitting an extended abstract for conference presentation and/or for Journal Publication, and 4) virtual participations ************************ Research, Development, and/or real life problem solving in any of these areas use or generate integrative and/or integrated knowledge. On the other hand, these four area are (or might be) related via cybernetic loops for their mutual co-regulations (negative feedback) or their potential synergistic effect (positive feedback). Consequently, the main purpose of this call for papers is to bring together in the same forum and/or in the same publication scholars researchers, and/or practitioners for inter-disciplinary communications which might generate a higher level of integrated or integrative knowledge; which, in turn, might be more effective for inter-disciplinary research and/or for usefully relating academic knowledge to the solution of real life problems and, in general, to Industry and Society.
