*********************************************************************** X - BOX DEMONSTRATION --------------------- TODAY *********************************************************************** Hi all, This is just a that the Games Society in conjunction with Microsoft will be running a talk/seminar on tonight, 27th Feb in the seminar room in the Hub at 6pm. Microsoft will be giving a talk on MSDN and the .net strategy, as well as the X-Box itself, and finally there will be a chance to play the console after the meeting. Refreshments (sic Alcohol) will be served in the bar afterwards, and all are welcome to attend. Redbrick Alt Rag Ball Tonight!

Hey everyone, Just a quick reminder, and some further details about tonight's Redbrick Alt Rag Ball. Tickets, for only 4 Euro, are still be available at the Information Booth in the Hub today, so if you haven't got yours yet, hurry up and get it! :) It's going to be one heck of a great night, with the brilliant Damien Rice, Redbrick's own Kid Icarus and some great drink promotions all night. It's taking place in Mono on Wexford St. (If you're going from DCU, the 19A goes directly there from the Ballymun Road entrance) and doors will be open about 9-ish. See you all there! Redbrick Alt Rag Ball

Hey everyone, Just a quick mail to let you know about the Redbrick Alt Rag Ball which will be taking place next Tuesday, 19th February in Mono on Wexford St. Headlining the gig will be the fantastic DAMIEN RICE, who has just released one of the most eagerly awaited Irish albums for years, 'o', to critical acclaim, testament to which was his recent sell-out show at Dublin's Vicar Street. Also being marked on the night, will be the welcome return of Redbrick favourite, KID ICARUS, with an ever-growing Dublin fanbase, and who have packed out venues all over Dublin. There will be some great drinks promotions on the night (3 Euro for V. Ice and bottles of Bud) and every penny we make will be going to charity, so come along! It's going to be a great night! Tickets for this event are a mere 4 Euro and are available from the Information Kiosk in the Hub from tomorrow (Friday). See you all there!
