Apologies on the late announcement, we were arranging these fantabulous prizes for your consumption... How would you like to win FREE cinema for a FULL YEAR? Well, now's your chance! Come along and enter Redbrick's annual table quiz and be in with a shot at winning a voucher for a Cineworld card, meaning... Free cinema trips for a year to the victorious team! Not to mention other great prizes for second and third place, and a host of raffle and spot prizes too. Entry is only 4e a head, and there are four people to a table. Overall this is guaranteed to be one of the best quizzes this year! Questions cover a broad range of topics, and there's something for everyone. To be held in the Old Bar at 7pm, on Tuesday the 4th of April, (3 euro drinks night) with great prizes this promises to be the must attend quiz of the year. There will also be a raffle on the night and loads of spot prizes as well! Official announcement of this year's AGM coming up! This year's agm will take place on the 11th of April (Tuesday) at 7:00pm in QG15. Positions available will be... everything! The list is as follows: Chairperson Secretary Treasurer Events Officer PRO *Webmaster *System Administrator (x3) *Education Officer/Helpdesk (x3) For further information about any of the above positions, check out http://www.redbrick.dcu.ie/about/agm/ *these positions all require an examination in order for someone to be eligible to run, and details of these exams will be released later in the week. One quick note, if any candidates are interested in running, feel free to post to the .gm Redbrick board announcing their intentions! It allows people to become more familiar with your good points prior to the AGM Good luck to all who run, being on committee is a very rewarding experience and a great way to help your society. 10th Birthday - ticket collection

Morning all, for all those around campus today, you can now collect your birthday party tickets (or even buy more!) in the hub today from 11am til 3pm. Make sure to pick up at least one! Just to remind everyone about the event itself, this is the celebration of Redbrick's 10th birthday and is happening on Thursday night from 8pm in Bojangles nightclub in the Russell Court Hotel. Meet up with old pals, see some new faces, enjoy the food, the entertainment and the atmosphere and have cake! Tickets are 10 and going fast so get em while they're hot. Also, if the event itself AND food AND cake aren't enough for you, included in the price of a ticket is a free raffle ticket for a MYSTERY PRIZE (*cough* PSP *cough*) so overall, don't miss out -- Michelle Graham, Chairperson, Redbrick

Hey folks, As I?m sure you all know at this stage Redbrick is throwing itself a birthday to commemorate its 10th Anniversary. In preparation for this monumental event we'll be also doing a little bit of fundraising so we, the committee, are asking you guys to dig deep into your pockets and support the society that has given you all those years of joy. We'd also ask you to mention it to your employers and friends and see if any of them would be interested in making donations of the society.
