In addition to the society win Vadim won an individual award for contribution to society life. This means that the society are going to the BICS awards in Belfast on the 10th of April to represent the university. Code-a-thon: With a prize of EURO 1,000 up for grabs contestants have 12 hours to create a mobile app either using native: iOS, Android or Windows Phone libraries, or using a framework like PhoneGap. You will be provided with a functional spec on the day, along with a starter pack and plenty of food and drinks to keep you creating all day.
