Hi everybody, Here comes our last Redbrick Helpdesk tutorial: Time: 23/3 Tues @ 7pm Location: LG25 in CA (Computer Application Building) Contents: Qs & As Session If you have any technical questions or anything you wanted to ask but didn't get a chance to come along to our tutorials during the year. This session is for you. We'll also be giving tips about our helpdesk test which will be held in April, for those of you who intend to run for helpdesk positions this year.
