Arista Code Challenge!

Come join Redbrick and Arista for their coding challenge! Students can use their own laptops or lab machines. There won't be restrictions on using the web. Students can use their choice of language (Java, Python, etc). Students of all skill levels are invited. We'll have multiple questions which start off easier and then ramp up in difficulty. Prizes! 1st place - €200 one4all & job interview 2nd place - €100 one4all & job interview 3rd place - €50 one4all & job interview 4th & 5th places - Job interviews Food, drinks, and snacks will be provided by Arista throughout the event.

SISTEM 2020

What is SISTEM? SISTEM is a tech conference run by students, for students. It is a collaborative event ran by Redbrick DCU, UCD Netsoc, DUCSS, TU Dublin Compsoc, DU Netsoc, MU Computer Science Society, UCC Netsoc, CompSoc NUIG and Queen’s Computing Society. SISTEM helps provide a link between students and those in the world of tech and enterprise in a casual meet-up environment. All proceeds are donated to this year’s charity of choice, Jigsaw, working to ensure that no young person feels alone, isolated and disconnected from others around them After a sold-out 2019 edition in DCU, SISTEM 2020 is bigger and better than ever before, taking place on Saturday the 29th February 2020 in the O’Brien Centre of Science in University College Dublin. Now in it’s 3rd edition, SISTEM has expanded to three action-packed tracks, covering a wide range of topics from across the tech landscape. Tickets are €10 each, including breakfast and lunch, with all proceeds donated to Jigsaw, this year’s charity of choice. For one week only, limited edition SISTEM 2020 t-shirts will be available to purchase with your ticket for €10 extra. This offer ends Friday the 14th of February!
