Hey Everyone. Just a short mail to tell you that week 2 of the helpdesk tutorials will be on _this evening_ (the 29th) in Lg25 in the school of computer applications. Indeed our series of tutorials are run every Tuesday evening in the same location. This week's tutorial will be based on getting the most out of your RedBrick account. How to edit your files, how to upload and download your files. How to run useful programs while logged-on to RedBrick. Of course the whole Helpdesk team will be there for hands on help as well as Q's & A's afterwards. Next week we're going to start onto our web-page creation section of the tutorials which will cover the basics of how to get your webpage up and running.
