At around 16:50 this afternoon, Redbrick suffered a hardware failure on one of our primary servers. The server in question, Paphos, is responsible for hosting both user authentication and DNS, and this failure led to the unavailability of all services for about half an hour.
While the root cause of the problem has not been identified yet, we are happy to report that all services are back online once again.
