In this weeks announce: - Accenture Code-a-thon - Quiz - Introductory Web Security Capture the Flag - Hoodie Order Update == Accenture Code-a-thon == What: Code-a-thon When: 12th April, 9 a.m. Where: 1 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 http://bit.ly/1jLE8VT With a prize of €1,000 up for grabs contestants have 12 hours to create a mobile app either using native: iOS, Android or Windows Phone libraries, or using a framework like PhoneGap. You will be provided with a functional spec on the day, along with a starter pack and plenty of food and drinks to keep you creating all day. Teams of 4 will battle it out in the ultimate test of their general knowledge, in order to try and win one of our absolutely fantastic prizes. As always, there will be some great spot prizes and a raffle prize up for grabs too! This is definitely going to be a brilliant night so be sure to come along! This will be the very basics and the solutions will be published at the end. Hack the planet etc. == Hoodie Order Update == The hoodies have been ordered and are due to arrive at some point in the next two weeks.
