The date has been changed to the 6th of April. Travel and accommodation costs haven't been affected. Anyone who has formed a team and wants to come along should contact us before the 29th of March as we will need to finalise the details of the trip in advance, the earlier you contact the easier it will be to arrange. == Redbrick AGM == Date: Wednesday the 27th of March Time: 2pm Venue: TBC Mark the date in your calendar, our AGM is confirmed to go ahead on the 27th of this month. For those of you who want to run for the positions of Helpdesk, Webmaster or Systems Administrators should email us as soon as possible. We will then be arranging a date for the relevant exams. They will be held either late this week or early next week. For past exam papers for the above positions or information about any of our other committee positions go to redbrick.dcu.ie == Annual Redbrick Table Quiz == Date: Tuesday the 16th of April Time: 7pm(Sign-ups) , 8pm start. Venue: NuBar The time is almost here for Redbrick's Annual Table Quiz and this year once again we'll be invading the NuBar. We'll be taking sign ups from teams(of 4 people) in the NuBar from 7pm. Prizes on the night will include: 1st Prize: Raspberry Pi starter kits including cases and sd cards. 2nd Prize: Nerf Guns 3rd Prize: Assorted cool and unusual sweets As usual we'll be having our annual quiz raffle and this year we will be raffling a Google Nexus 7 tablet. We'll also have the usual spot prizes on the night so make sure you come up with a really funny team name as there may well be a prize for it. == DojoCon 2013 Helpers Needed == Date: Saturday the 13th of April Time: from 9am onwards Venue: Slane Castle Website: conference.coderdojo.com The organisers of DojoCon have gotten in touch with us and are looking for volunteers to help out at DojoCon on the 13th of April and possibly the evening beforehand. There are a variety of roles that need to be filled and they are looking for as many volunteers as possible. Details of the types of roles have not been confirmed yet as the organisers are currently very busy; but if you'd like to help out with DojoCon send us an email with your name, contact email and contact number.
