Hey all, -- Freshers Ball -- Just a reminder that the Redbrick Freshers Ball is on tonight from 9pm in Radio City (located opposite Busaras). There'll be a live band and DJ, a late bar, some free food and even console gaming from Games Soc. The event is FREE for all Redbrick members, so we hope to see you all there :) -- EGM -- We'll be having an EGM next Thursday, 18th of October at 6pm in the Business Building (room to be confirmed, we'll let you know when we have one booked). 3 spots on the committee will be up for grabs, the position of Treasurer and two Helpdesk positions. Helpdesk members are required to take (but not pass) a test, which take place at 5pm on Wednesday the 17th. Anyone interested just needs to meet up with us in the CA building lobby outside LG01 at 5pm on the Wednesday. We will also be having a vote on proposed changes to the Redbrick constitution. The proposed changes include reducing Helpdesk to one person and creating the new position of First Year Rep, who would liaise with first year students to get them involved in the society. These changes would come into effect at the end of the current academic year.
