Hi folks, Hope you all survived Rag Week in relatively good health and are slowly but surely returning back to normal. To ease your transition, here's what we're up to next week and such: * Admin training - Tuesday 6pm LG26. * Coding contests - Intersocs (19th March) IRLCPC (26th March). * Adopt a brick photos - ends 13th March (prizes for best photo). * AGM tests for helpdesk, webmaster and admin positions. * RedBrick's 15th birthday party - shamelesly sneaking in yet another reminder ;) 24th March, Slipper. == Admin Training == Admin training will be on this week as usual, with a Q&A session and past exam papers. So if you have pesky adminy type questions that have been keeping you up at night drop by LG26 on Tuesday at 6pm and you shall be enlightened. Rumour has it there may well be pizza afterwards, to boot. == Coding Contests == As you may well be aware RedBrick is sending out teams to the IRLCPC in Cork. We are pleased to announce prior to this coding contest we will be holding a code off with TCD on 19th of March. This will be followed by platter evening in Longstone from 7pm. Teams for this contest will consist of 2 members and entry fee is 10 eur, which will be covered by us for RedBrick members. There will prize giving at the end of the contest. Why not show off your pride and joy by sending us (committee@redbrick.dcu.ie) a picture of yourself with your new brick companion. There will be a prize for the best photo, so feel free to be as inovative in your composition as you wish. == AGM tests == Would you like to run for helpdesk, webmaster or admin positions for next year's committee? It shall be held in the Slipper on the 24th and we'd love to see as many folks as possible. I have it on good authority there will be cake (<insert obligatory portal reference here>).
