Week 16: Post-Techweek bubblebath & De/Coding Openet Event
Howdy all, Techweek is dead, long live Techweek! It finished this year with a great talk by Hubspot, and a very nice lunch; now it's time for us to recuperate, and then continue the party! Tell us how Techweek was for you, sign up to the Galway hackathon to make something cool, and come to Openet for data structures and drinks! ============================================================ Techweek Feedback +Form: http://techweek.dcu.ie/feedback/ ============================================================ It's time to send that awkward text the morning after. Tell us how you got on at Techweek; what you enjoyed, didn't enjoy, who you lusted after, and any gossip you picked up. Leave nothing out! Also, don't forget that videos of some of the talks from the week will be available for your personal pleasure at http://techweek.dcu.ie in the near future! ============================================================ De/Coding Openet Coding Competition +Date: Thursday 25th February +Time: 2pm - 8pm +Location: The Convention Centre, IFSC +More Info: http://graduate.openet.com/de-coding-openet-event/ ============================================================ If you read my emails like all the coolest of kids, you'll have seen that signups for the De/Coding event ended last week. But alas! Openet, being the kind hosts they are, are inviting you to their offices anyway after the competition for networking and great profit, even if you're not in the competition! If, like me, you are in the competition, then really please don't try too hard because I would like to win some of those prizes. ============================================================ Inter-Computer Society Hackathon +Date: Friday 04/03 - Sunday 06/03 +Location: NUI Galway +More info: https://hackathon.netsoc.co/ ============================================================ The hottest hippest hackathon is just around the corner.
