3.  Nationwide Mars Watch Report

During some excellent weather conditions last week, Astronomy Ireland held a Nationwide Mars Watch at locations around the country. At the Watches, thousands of members of the general public got to see Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and the Moon through some of Ireland's most powerful telescopes.
