2. THE SKY AT NIGHT is on BBC 1 TV tonight at 1:25am
(Monday morning) about the exciting 15th anniversary of the Hubble Space
Telescope.

3. Several of you have reported watching the new
giant sunspot that has appeared on the Sun. NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN. Use
the inexpensive AstroSolar filter material that many of you have already bought
from our Shop. Call (01) 847 0777 to have a sheet posted to you on Tuesday when
the Shop re-opens if not.
There is a chance of aurora in the next few nights,
