Astro-Expo is underway in TCD right now with Kevin Nolan (Mars book author) giving the lastest discoveries from Mars Curiosity Rover!
At 5pm we have our BIG PUBLIC LECTURE about how to see Comet ISON, which should be visible in daylight at the end of the month, is already visible to the naked in morning skies from Ireland and will blaze in Irish skies at the end of the month and all over December!
If you're not in TCD or on your way then get on the road right away!
Chairman and Editor of Astronomy Ireland, David Moore, will give the talk at 5pm showing you exactly what to expect and how to photograph it if you have a camera! David co-ordinated Irish observations of Halley's Comet for NASA and is an expert on comets.
P.S. At 3pm we have international author Dr Kate Russo talking about the most amazing spectacle in nature, Total Eclipses of the Sun. She has written 2 books on the subject and travelled the world to see 8 of them!
