Ahoy Gang,
I'm back in town, and need about a month to give my liver time to recover
after the extreme hedonism that is Christmas in Clare. Oy Vey.
I hope that it all went well for all of you, or at least as well as could be
expected.
Dave & Steve: sorry I missed your shindig, I hope that it was a blast (they
usually are).
There's a few business type things we need to discuss, however...
Mainly Broadway and t-shirts/hoodies etc.
BROADWAY:
I was talking to Dave about this, and we thought of holding a meeting on the
Friday before the exams start (13th), so that everybody would be around. I
propose that all persons travelling MUST attend this meeting and BRING THEIR
PASSPORTS. The passports thing is vital, as J. Saunders told me she DOESN'T
have one. Aaaargh. There's a few things that we need to discuss with them,
such as the cultural differences between Ireland and the US - things you
don't say out loud in New York for example. Also to advise them on what kind
of clothing to bring (it's fucking cold) and how much money. We'll also come
up with an itinerary of sorts for the trip.
So who is able to meet up with me a few days before that meeting to discuss
tactics? Answers on a postcard etc.
T-SHIRTS/HOODIES:
Apparently the original "Exit Stage Left" logo was mailed to MACE
productions, who did the first run of t-shirts at a good price. I think they
may be the only ones that have it now. Bugger. If someone (volunteers?)
could look them up and suss out another run of t-shirts or simply ask for
our logo back, I would appreciate it. Joe, I got your mail with the quote
from clubland.ie - it just seems too pricey at 38+ euro. Yuck. There's gotta
be a better way. Eoghan, assuming we can get the logo, do you think your guy
could beat that quote??
Fuckit, that's it for the moment. Enjoy your study time n stuff.
Hugs
Bob
PS: Eoin, you say you're not back til the 6th?? We've got a video project
due on the 11th! Aaaargh etc.
