Hey peoples, Okay... me and Conor left the Hub last night at 11 20. We managed to get ALL the fresher leaflets packed, and make up all the other ones and I photocopied the "Join DCU Drama" poster 200 times. Also, got into the equipment room and took out the boards- stripped them down cus they still had old posters and they're ready to be painted black. I'm gonna head in today to paint them around 3 or 4. If anyone's around I could use the help &/or company! Also, gonna make out a couple hundred flyers for Join DCU Drama to give to the freshers. Thanks guys who helped out yesterday- the SU are simply amazed at how crazy we are to be filling each bag!!! Guys, has anyone contacted Martin French? Cus I can contact him I just need to know thats all. Tuesday workshop 1pm??? That cool? Also, the equipment room is wreck so ALL of us are going to help clean it. And I stress the ALL of us!!! I remember doing it last year between 4 of us and it took HOURS... so if all of us do it we'll be finished in no time! How about on friday night??? Also, handed the cheque to Lisa Muldowney (Una was out) she was simply amazed and stated "Drama's reputation has been restored" which was all I wanted to hear. Then she immediately left the building and went shopping... odd... Here's the layout for orientation week! Tuesday 9-11: Steve & Liana 11-1: Eoin & Joey 12: Everybody else to CG05-CG12-QG22-QG29 with flyers!!! 1: Everybody else to XG14 for drama games!!! 1-3: Susan & Conor 3-5: Liana & Eoin Wednesday 9-11: Steve & Joey 11-1: Liana & Susan 12: Everybody else to Helix with flyers!!! 1-3: Conor & Joey 2: Everybody else to Helix with flyers!!! Then go to XG14 for Drama Games (I figure that 2 is the best time looking at the schedules!) 3-5: Liana & Steve 5: Everybody else to XG14 for Drama games!!! Thursday 9-11: Susan & Alan 11-1: Joey & Susan 1-3: Steve & Conor 1: Everybody to XG14 for Drama games!!! 3-5: Steve & Joey Friday 9-11: Liana & Susan 11-1: Conor & Eoin 1-3: Eoin & Susan 3-5: Liana & Conor Shifts total: Steve = 7 Eoin = 5 John = 0 Joey = 6 Susan = 7 Liana = 6 Conor = 6 Alan = 3 Lyndsey = 0 Okay guys, as you can see some of us are doing loads. Alan's trying his best to work around his work times. I know Lyndsey is only back but if you were free it would be a great help. Especially on thurs and fri. Also John, I know you have SU commitments but if you could also help out that'd be much appriciated. Okay- so I'm heading in today for about 3 or 4 hope to see you there. Hey guys, Liana has made up freshers flyers but he computer is *fucked* so she's doing her best to try send them and whatnot. In the meantime myself and Suz made up substitutes which aren't as good but will do if we get stuck! Check them out though... Eoin- what time tomorrow are we packing the bags? (and could people try to get there?) Also, could we move the meeting back to like 6-ish? hey guys just to let you know that one of the musicals that i asked susan to look into was *singing in the rain*, the rights for it are available, and i cant see then costing much. Im not trying ot influence opinion here, as im sure everyone has musicals in mind.
