the website. A man called Jim Hawkins wants to know if DCU Drama would be
interested in shooting a video of a drama piece **by local Finglas author
Amanda Flood. It seems like a promising proposition as he requires our
members for acting and crew work only while the organising side of things
will be in his hands. Therefore I'd imagine the project will not be that
time consuming in that regard. We will discuss this Monday but just to give
you all a heads up I said I'd send it out. Details below. *

*As someone who is interested in cinema I would like to take on this project
with the help of your group in the acting and crewing departments. I can
supply all high end vision and sound recording equipment.*
*This is an opportunity which might appeal to your members as I would share
the various functions with interested students.*
*The end use of the piece is for submission in film drama competition
categories and possible broadcast opportunities. The submissions could be
entered under the DCU banner if your group approved the final production.*
*As I am supplying my own services and equipment there is no funding
required to run this project. I would however expect a 50% share of money
awards or fees received for the drama if this were the fortunate case.*
