Hey gang, Just getting a bit of organisation going on the next meeting. We said Wednesday September 2nd at 6.30pm IF I remember correctly (feel free to call me out on that if I'm wrong, I'll double check it. There is also a constitutional review meeting on Tuesday Sept 1st to... errr... review the constitution. I know I'm not one of the ones picked to handle the constitution but shall I go along to take minutes at that meeting? It is pretty important and I reckon in case we have anyone to answer to afterwards we should have minutes to back up how the decision was made and proposals etc.... Also I don't think we can have it in ours, so Jenni, it looks like we may have to take you up on that offer... Again PLEASE let me know if you can't make it, otherwise we'll be expecting you. Hello all! Can I just start by saying that I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS THAT EVERYBODY GETS TO THE NEXT MEETING. Spring Awakening is basically off that table at this stage and we are PICKING A REPLACEMENT MUSICAL, the Panto, and FINE TUNING THE CONSTITUTION at the next meeting. We will also be finalising dates for booking venues, AND filling in the Calendar, and doing the scrapbook. But onto the nice part - it shall be another Chinese Takeaway meeting! Yaaaaay! We're thinking we start as early as possible, as we all know how long we like to waffle on for, and how DELICIOUSLY DISTRACTING chinese is. Not sure of a venue yet, that shall be confirmed cos I'm not sure about our house this time round! I shall see what I can do but in the meantime if anyone would like to volunteer their own abode? :P So I'm going to say 6.30pm Wednesday September 3rd (SEPTEMBER?! when did the college year start creepin'?!) Let me know of anything you want discussed or any changes you wish to make to the time. I can't make Thursday, or Friday (Friday is ok after 7.30pm). Oh, and minutes and action list attached! Righto kids... got some bad news... I cannot for the life of me find the file with the last meeting's minutes, either it didn't save or else it has mysteriously disappeared... in the meantime I am attempting to patch together a content of sorts from memory so it may not be the best quality! So sorry about this, and about the delay, I was away in Edinburgh :( I'll have the (most likely shortened) minutes out tomorrow evening... I'm gonna take a wild guess and say there'll be a few ratifications next week! Sorry again guys, also, just a reminder to send me anything for next Tuesday's meeting. Will we say 7pm?
