hi all so we've voted on committee t-shirts, I cant get a quote for them until you all give me your chosen names. so far its looking like this.... Elaine, queen bee (not my decision) Lisa, Princess bee Aoife, forgien affairs (can be changed) Bob, Lacky Claire, Techie Gary, scrounger, beggar, pick pocket??? Dave, (where do we start...!) hey guys, since i'm not sure if we're gonna have a committee meeting tonight, with the play and all, i have a couple of things to bring up: 1) the panto - we scored a script at the 11th hour (literally). myself and bob have copies that we can print off for people, altho the show still needs a producer (any volunteers?) 2) has anyone looked into getting the script and the rights for "sweet charity"? i don't mind doing it, but i want to make sure i'm not doubling up on anyone else :) 3) what's the story with the t-shirts? will we be getting them anytime soon? 4) can we include something in the next announce-drama mail about the monty python day? just to say that anyone interested in getting involved should contact me, just so i have an idea of what we can and can't do regarding numbers :) 5) does anyone have a problem with me booking Liam to do more lighting workshops? I've asked the people who came the first time, and they all seem to be keen to go thru more stuff, and i've had interest from other people that missed them the first time around. the second set of workshops will be taking place early semester 2, i know that Liam has booked a holiday for 2 weeks sometime next spring, so i want to make sure we can get the dates we want :) 6) anyone have any ideas when is a good time to reschedule the set design workshop? 7) finally, can i get one volunteer to help me make a list of all the stuff drama has in the storage room, and a list of all the stuff we need (so far, i have 2 padlocks on the list) see most of you later :) Claire 087 2942137

Ahoy gang, I'm just looking to confirm numbers for the field trip on Monday night. I figure we'll meet at 6 - 6.15 at the venue and get the bus to town and on to Dun Laoighre from there. We want to be at the theatre for about 7.45. (I have no idea how long it takes to get to Dun Laoighre). As it stands, right now, ticket sales are as follows: Elaine: 2 Bob: 1 Gary: 1 Lisa: possibly 1, please confirm Eoghan: possibly 1, please confirm PS: Sorry I missed your night out on Saturday, Eoghan, I had to work... Hey gang, seeing as it's Artsweek and our lovely Lisa will be rushing round like mad trying to get things in order, the meeting tonight will be after the opening of AW in the Beta Bar (new bar for those of you opposed to usage of the Greek alphabet).
