[Drama-committee] Clubs / Socs stand

Hi All, In preparation for our fab stand during Clubs 'n Socs I'd like to ask people to think of ways to make it even more fab. If you have any or some of the following items please make sure to bring them in ASAP to glitz up the drama stand! A tablecloth. red, gold or black would be perfect - the thicker and shinier the better! Poles / Stands. something to hang our banner out of if theres no way to attach it to the wall, also for balloons etc Videos of drama events. Lisa is organising a tv and video player for the stand. Feather boas. The one we had during orientation week worked a charm - same colour scheme as above! Peacock feathers (?) Red / gold tinsel & other decorations ...And of course sweets, lollies and any other tempting treats you might have. It's important that we sort this stuff out as soon as possible so if you have any other ideas please dont waste any time contacting me! Hey folks, I trust you are all having a good summer? The incoming freshers are incoming from the 20th September so we better do what all good pushers do and hook 'em while their young. In order to get our arses in gear, we require some sort of coherent organised plan. To facilitate this, we hope to hold a meeting on Monday the 13th September in the evening. Does this suit everyone? I have spoken to some of you (the ones kind enough to answer your phones!) and it seems doable. Hey all if anyone is in Ireland and available could they write a letter with the attached logo at the top to the president sayin that Keelings did sponsor us the money. Elaine has just informed me they didn't get it. It should be addressed from Keelings to the us to pass onto the president as proof. Dave your good at letters maybe you could do it.
