Heyup Guys Right,my computer has been a bit maggled for the past few days and i'm just emailing off a friend's computer so bare with me. Right i shall be sending out the agenda as of tomorrow,so if you have anything to add to it please send me an auld email,i hope im not stepping on your toes Susan but it makes sense for me to send out this agenda and as of the next meeting then its your baby once more:) Jenny i know i said i would send you out the budget,but once more the old computer has proven a problem.Regarding the Broadway Grant Application,we have all the prices now,but i dont know how we are meant to phrase it,so i will need your help with that as well. Lastly, how do people feel about changing the meeting from this Friday to this Thursday.I have been asked to ask to change it,its grand for me but i dont know about the rest off you so please could you all get back to me on that. Hey Guys Just a few things........... *Orientation week:* Right so as you all know we were asked to do a piece for orientation week.Now we talked about stuff we could do...but didnt make any definite plans. We need to make sure that this is good, as this is a real chance to impress the freshers. The two idea's we throw out were 1.)A song from broadway ie Avenue Q and 2.)Who's Line.Who would we get to do these and when would we do rehearse? Does anyone have any other idea's. *Drama/Style Ball* Also i was talking to Dav from style soc.They are still interested in doing the ball with us,so i will get back to you when i have more details. *Idea's!!* ** Also also i had a couple of idea's.........what do you guys think of us throwing a disney themed movie night with film soc.If we did it the week before the panto and show say aladdin and lion king we could drum up interest in the panto at it. Also what about a trip to see Wicked in london sometime.I know we wouldnt get granted two external trips.But we could go for a day to london and maybe get tickets reduced by the spc for a normal theatre trip...in all it would prob cost 100 euro for each person. Heyup Just sending you on the minutes and the time, place, and venue of our next meeting(september the seventh 7;15 Fiona's House) We had an really productive meeting and most things are ticking over smoothly, our next meeting is on in four weeks time but i shall be in contact with a good few of you before then(just cus i love ya that much) Thanks for everyone who came and thanks to Fiona for giving me a place to rest my head. [Drama-Committee] Available Musicals List

Hey Guys Just said I'd let ya'll know that I have been in contact with the DLI (Drama League of Ireland) and they will be forwarding to me a list of all musicals available to stage this year and also a list of the rights holders. This might save us having to find out if each individual show is available. Still, it's no harm to find out what you can about the musical you were given. This list is just good to have in case we overlooked some good ones that actually ARE available, anyway, once i get my hands on the list I'll send it out. Thats All, Alan Mc Alan McHale
