Hi folks there are some posters in our cubby if anyone wants to stick them up. I'm going to do a run around now of the henery grattin and I'll see you all later. Also...from talking to people on clubs and socs day Tuesday seems to be the best day for most for workshops and they were all looking for a copy of the calander for the year. Would it be possible to get them printed up to hand out on the day? Breifne, under the posters in the cubby there are two print outs of the set up for the rocky horror and I'd like you to include them in the grant app. Film soc and dance are both very egre to get on this band wagon. I've booked the Venue for tuesday wednesday and thursday of that week. One to set up, one to reherse and one to put on if we only want one night (the thursday night being the day before halloween). I know we haven't talked much about this at the meetings but time is running short. we should fill the place on the thursday night at 5 euro a ticket with 300 = 1500 and it being an on campus event with three other societies (one of htem being the biggest on campus) we will get funding. maybe we should make the tickets more expencive??? i dont think so but we can talk about that again. Here's the list of the membership so far. I dont know if it's fully finished...
