Hey all, This is just a run through of all the things that i wanted to bring up at tonights commitee meeting, but as i wont be there, i've decided to send them all in this mail. 1. Socs Ball tickets: We have currently sold 41 of our 50 tickets. We need to sell the remaining 9, or drama looses €405!!!!! So if you know of anybody who wants one, tell them to get in contact with me. Also, of the 41 tickets sold, only 28 have actually been paid for. I will be sending out a mail to the membership about this basically stating that people will have until the end of next week to cough up, or we will resell their ticket. I will also state time, places etc that i will collect the money. If people give any of you the money, that's no problem, as long as ya tell me so that i can change the list accordingly. 2. Broadway: Right, first off a whooping 21 people have not paid their second €150. I accept that its reading week, so ideally, i want everybody to have paid the second installment by the end of next week, 11 nov, with the final payment on friday 9 dec. Secondly, a wee problem with the flights has occured. As we booked the tickets on a student credit card, AIB would only allow a max spend of €3000 per day, for security reasons. Anything greater than this requires an authorisation code. I have sorted this, so their shouldnt be any more trouble, but i will keep you up to date with the situation. Also, bob could you forward me all expenses for the trip, ie cost of shows, accomadation etc, as well as the funding the spc has granted us for the trip. 3. The Grant app. .First of the grant app, has for the most part been accepted, i will send a detailed email later of all allocations. However, we will need to get quotes for any set or spotlights that we decide to buy. Eoghan perhaps you could look into this as i don't know much about lighting or equipment in general. Also we have been granted €100 and €80 to buy a keyboard and cd player respectively. I will look into purchasing these in the next week or so, unless there are any objections, suggestions etc. 4.
