I'm still at work, so haven't had the chance to write my battleplan - watch this space (stupid work, stupid job, stupid money. Wait, scratch that last one...) You're right to try to get the Helix deal signed off ASAP, cos like I said, they're cunts and I wouldn't trust a handshake agreement from any of them. Once you get it on paper, push like hell to get the show on the website and in the brochure. There were a lot of sales for Fame through the website, so don't underestimate the power of internet sales. Don't let them tell you that they can't put it up on the website - they are lazy as hell for stuff like that. Try to get it included on their posters for events for 2009 - again, don't let them tell you that they can't do it. Be charming as fuck, but determined. *sees boss coming* gaaah, back to work. Ok Well by the looks of what I have heard from everyone we are going to pick up this ball and run with it (as if we had a choice).
I will email the helix right away. and I will orgainise a meeting to get it signed and sealed DEC I will get you to come with me on this one

CIARA, DEC organise a time with Bob to meet up with Eimear to discuss branding and fund raising ASAP
CONOR we need to organise a meeting with John Cannon to talk over lasts years budget and were we can make changes, Director John will also want to change some budget areas
BOB I will leave everything else in your capable hands (posters, website etc) but anything you need myself and everyone else is just an email, text or loud shout away from helping you Anything else people think we need to get cracking on?
